"It has been incredibly eye-opening to see how we reliably improve the profile of our clients. To be given full trust and responsibility has, of course, been daunting and brought its fair share of challenges. But it has helped me improve daily and hit the ground running."
"The most interesting thing I have learned is the process of pitching and writing to the media; possessing credibility, doing the right research to find relevant journalists, and maintaining a good standard of writing. The level of control and detail put in all aspects of media has been hugely insightful."
"I'm very curious about the role AI will begin to play within the world of media and PR. I don't necessarily think it will come close to replicating the human functions necessary for PR and media, such as building and maintaining relationships. But I do think there's potential to speed up certain processes once the technology matures."
"If I think about the biggest businesses across the world, I can tell you who their CEOs and executives are because they put themselves out there and show they know what they are talking about, which is essential for credibility."
