Our parent company, Transmission Private, was founded in 2014 as a boutique PR agency, known for working exclusively with well-known and high-profile global entrepreneurs who wanted proactively manage their public profiles in a positive and strategic way.
Between 2014 and 2018, the business developed a reputation as the go-to agency for many of the best-known global executives, including members of The Sunday Times Rich List in the UK and the Forbes Billionaires List globally.
Through its high-profile client base, the agency developed strong media relationship globally, with a particular focus on the largest international finance and business publications.
It also had the opportunity to cut its teeth on some of the world's biggest and most impactful thought leadership campaigns.
In 2018, the agency was listed at one of Spear's magazine's Top Reputation Managers, which recognise the agency's unique blend of high-stakes strategic advice and understanding of digital communications channels. It has since won this award every year since.
In 2022, Profile was launched a standalone agency to specialise in thought leadership campaigning, blending media relations, social media management, and multimedia production in a single place.
Profile has brought Transmission Private's unique attention to detail, strategic perspective, and focus on personality-led campaigning to a whole new audience of clients, including emergent entrepreneurs, C-Suite executives, as well as fast-growth and established businesses.

In 2023, the business structured itself into two core units, which would focus on different industry specialties.
One unit focuses on supporting clients who operate within the fields of property, finance, and industrials, and the other focuses on supporting clients who work with the professional services and technology industries.
Over the last 3 years, the business has continued to invest in building out its technical and professional capabilities. In particular, we have launched dedicated teams to focus on leading multimedia and social media projects.
Today, our full-service, in-house multimedia team can support across video production, executive photography, and the production of all the creative that might be needed to support an effective thought leadership campaign.
At the same time, our social media team has developed a particular expertise in LinkedIn and managing the profiles of senior individuals in leading corporates. This puts us at a particular advantage over other agencies, which tend to specialise in more consumer-centric networks.
