Profile, the fast-growing international thought leadership & executive profiling agency, has today announced a new internal structure as it seeks to capitalise on demand for its services in high-growth sectors.
From today, the agency will be structured in two core business units: one focused on Industrials, Real Estate, & Finance, and the other focused on Technology & Professional Services.
Each of these units will bring together a dedicated team of technical specialists – working across PR and media engagement, social media, and multimedia production – focused on those particular industries.
Each division will be led by a sector-specialist Client Manager, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activity for the clients operating in these sectors.
While these business units will continue to work together closely, the new structure will give team members more focus and ensure that they can become sector-specific experts in these highly technical industries.
It will also ensure that team members have the opportunity to develop a better understanding of the media, social media, and multimedia strategies that work best within their industries of focus.
Andy Mundy will serve as Client Manager for the Industrials, Real Estate, & Finance unit, having worked at the agency for more than 3 years. Tom Mitchell will become Junior Client Manager for the Technology & Professional Services unit.
Both will serve global clients across the UK, North America, India, and the Middle East.
The new structure caps off a further period of growth for the agency over the last 6 months, having built up dedicated in-house support for multimedia production and social media, with a principle focus on LinkedIn.
The two Client Managers will continue to report to Sam Patchett, Client Director at Profile.
Andy Mundy, Client Manager for the Industrials, Real Estate, & Financial unit, said: "I'm delighted to be doubling down on this area of focus. Over the last 3 years, I have enjoyed myself most when supporting our global real estate and financial clients, so it felt like a natural next step."
Thomas Mitchell, Junior Client Manager for the Technology & Professional Services unit, added: "Over the last 2 years, I have invested the vast majority of my time supporting tech businesses & tech entrepreneurs, and I look forward to further developing my experience and networks in this important industry."
Sam Patchett, Client Director at Profile, added: "This also puts us in a strong position for further expansion. While we are launching this structure with two business units, we will also look to add on further business units over the coming years to target areas and geographies of growth.
"It provides us with a strong and scalable model for growth, while ensuring that we put client care at the centre of everything that we do."
