We are hiring a Senior Social Media Executive with at least two years’ experience in digital and social media.

The Senior Social Media Executive will be responsible for building the public profiles of prominent entrepreneurs by getting their ideas on all digital and online channels, including organic and paid social media, search (SEO), websites, and other digital platforms.

The role

Profile is a business that builds the public profiles of business leaders in positive, proactive, and creative ways. We get entrepreneurs’ disruptive ideas out into the wider business world, helping them shape industries, conversations, and debates.

You will play a critical role in this process. You will take compelling written, video, and audio content and amplify its impact and reach online. You will also give clients and their ideas maximum prominence on search.

You will get clients and their unique perspectives into the social media feeds of their most important audiences. You ensure that clients' ideas are presented in the most enticing and attractive way on their own websites and other platforms, such as YouTube, Vimeo, and elsewhere.


  • Develop engaging, creative, and high-impact content for clients' social media accounts

  • Create, maintain, and update social media calendars for clients

  • Amplify the presence of clients' digital content on all online platforms

  • Maintain and update all online profiles and digital content for clients

  • Bring a unique, distinctive, and consistent tone of voice to all digital content

  • Regularly update client websites with engaging and original content

  • Ensure all digital content is presented in an attractive, stylish, and appealing way

  • Conduct in-depth SEO keyword research and coordinate off-site SEO campaigns

  • Compile digital audit and benchmark reports based on search results and peer analysis

  • Ensure all digital content on clients’ websites are fully compliant with SEO best practice

  • Monitor the latest trends and techniques in digital and social media campaigns

  • Create engaging visual assets for sharing on clients’ channels

  • At least two years of experience in digital and social media

  • Track-record of successfully managing and building social media accounts
