Generate visibility among key decision-makers involved in onboarding thought leadership agencies, including the CEO, CMO, Executive Assistant to the CEO, Head of Marketing, and similar roles.
Own and manage all paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Display Ads, retargeting tools) to drive high-quality inbound leads from fast-growing companies operating in the tech, financial services, and sustainability verticals.
Launch and optimise campaigns quickly, ensuring they deliver measurable results.
Improve ad spend efficiency to maximise ROI and reduce cost per lead.
Develop landing pages and ad creative in collaboration with the Content Manager.

Work alongside our existing Content Manager, ensuring alignment between paid and organic marketing efforts.
Oversee content strategy to ensure that it aligns with your paid acquisition strategy, including providing hands-on support, guidance and mentoring to our Content Manager.
Over time, expand into broader marketing areas, including SEO, content marketing, and brand-building campaigns.
Work directly with the CEO and play a key role in shaping a fast-growing agency.
Young, ambitious team working with clients across finance, tech, and sustainability.
Opportunity to build your own team as the agency scales.
Chance to make a real impact, given your work will directly fuel the company’s growth and success.
Hybrid working model with three days in the office.
Preferably at least 5 years of experience in paid acquisition and performance marketing.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Display Ads, and retargeting tools.
Proven track record of running high-value B2B lead generation campaigns, ideally in professional services context (PR, law, consulting, accountancy, etc.).
Expertise across biddable media, SEO, programmatic advertising, retargeting, partnerships, affiliates, and PPC.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying innovative growth opportunities.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and an awareness of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
Please send your CV to Jordan Greenaway, including a short cover note explaining why you feel you are a good fit for the role.
